FAQ
For Retailers
How do I set up a new wholesale account?
Start with our online Credit Application. Once submitted, our team reaches out within 2 business days to verify your business license and tax info and activate your account in Encompass. Most new accounts are ordering within a week.
What's the minimum order?
We work with independent retailers of all sizes, so minimums are flexible. For most accounts there's a modest case-count minimum per delivery that scales with your category mix. Your dedicated account manager will walk you through what makes sense for your store.
How often do you deliver to my area?
Most of our Pittsburgh-metro accounts receive delivery once or twice a week on a consistent schedule. Higher-volume accounts and chains can request additional frequency. We'll confirm your specific route day during account setup.
Can I order online?
Yes — active customers order through the Encompass DSD Link portal, which is available 24/7 from any device. You can check real-time inventory, see your pricing, reorder favorites, track order history, and view invoices.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are Net 15 for established accounts, with options for pre-payment, credit card on file, or ACH. New customers typically start on a card-on-file basis and transition to open terms after the first few orders.
Do you accept returns on damaged or expired product?
Yes. Our drivers pick up damaged or unsaleable product on regular routes and we credit your account. For expired product, we follow each manufacturer's specific return policy — your account manager will walk you through how it works by category.
Do you offer merchandising support?
Absolutely. Our field team handles shelf resets, planogram execution, cooler organization, and display builds for customers who want it. It's a standard part of our service — not a paid add-on.
What brands do you carry?
Over 40, spanning snacks, beverages, and accessories. See our full Line Card for the current roster. We're always adding new brands based on what our retailers are asking for.
FAQ
For Brand Partners
How do I pitch my brand to Full Circle?
Start with our Contact form and select "Brand / Supplier looking for distribution." Include product category, current retail footprint, and what's working in other markets. We review every pitch and reach out to schedule a conversation with brands that align with our portfolio.
What categories do you distribute?
Snacks, beverages, and accessories. Our beverage portfolio is the deepest — energy, hydration, coffee, tea, juice, sparkling, and functional. Snacks span chips, jerky, protein bars, and shelf-stable sweets. Accessories are lighter but growing.
What's your retail footprint?
Over 5,000 customers across Western Pennsylvania — independent c-stores, bodegas, grocers, gyms, specialty retail, and chains. Strongest density in the Pittsburgh metro with active routes into surrounding counties.
Do you offer merchandising for brand partners?
Yes. Our field team handles planogram placement, display builds, and POS material for brand partners as part of our standard service. For brands that want deeper execution — audits, photo reports, competitor tracking — we can structure custom programs.
What are your onboarding requirements?
Standard distributor agreement, product specs and pack sizes, pricing (wholesale and suggested retail), any available sell-through data, and a sample shipment for our sales team. Our operations team will walk new partners through the setup process.
Do you report sell-through data?
Yes. Brand partners get regular reporting on velocity, account penetration, and category trends. We believe transparency is how good partnerships grow, and we'd rather share real numbers than make you guess.
Are you open to emerging / early-stage brands?
Yes — we've helped launch brands in Western PA that went on to national distribution. What we look for is a product the market wants, a partner who shows up, and realistic expectations about the ramp. We don't chase every launch, but the right ones we bet on.
